Peel and cut the potatoes and the parsnips into small pieces.

Put them in boiled water with a chicken stock cube.

When soft, mash up the pieces.

Add some milk and some salt and pepper.

Put into a hot oven.

 

Ingredients

Potatoes

Parsnips

1 chicken stock cube

Milk

Idea 
Put some beef sausages in the oven alongside a couple of tomatoes cut in two with dried herbs and a drop of olive oil on the top.

Cut the tops of the apples (keep for later) and remove and throw away the core.

Fill it with dark chocolate and cover with coconut powder and sugar.

 

Cut the plums in fine slices and put it in a hot pan with sugar.

When the smell is changing from candy floss to caramel, cover the pan and let it reduce.

When the plum caramel is ready, pour it in to the middle of the apple and stick the top of the apple back on.

 

Put the apples in the oven at 200°. Wait until apples are cooked but still hard enough to contain the inside.
