Cover the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of olive oil. Add the chopped springs onions and basmati rice to the pan.
Stir.
When the rice starts to become brown, add two glasses of water
Let the mixture cook slowly.
Chop an onion and put it in another pan with a bit of olive oil.
Cut the aubergine into small pieces.
Add the chopped carrots, mushrooms and tomato.
Allow the mixture to reduce.
Grate some cheese on the top and let it melt.
Warm some kazuki beans and mix with fromage frais
All some French parsley and some hot chilli powder
Allow the mixture to reduce.
